General Info:
Our standard option is a flat rate per month for insertion of your banner ad into our standard ad rotation. This means that your ad will randomly appear on the forums here at GP.  This is a very affordable option to market your product or service.  We can't say how many people will see it, but your banner will get just as many views, as any others in the rotation.

You may also consider donating product(s) in return for a full install and review article on the product, or for product giveaways.  As this is a brand new option, exact terms of product reviews will be dealt with on a case by case basis.  Please contact us if you are interested in this option. Any new reviews or giveaways will also be mentioned on the front page of the Ground Pilots as well as in the the forums.
Advertising Rates:

All prices include setup but do not include creation of the banner.

January, February, March, October, November, December
$90.00 per month (payment is month to month however must be received by the first of the month for continuous service)

April - September
$110.00 per month

$575.00 for any 6 consecutive months (must be paid in advance)

Banner Statistics:
You will receive (at your choice) a report that displays how many times your banner has been viewed, along with how many times it has been clicked (redirected to your web site) for the arranged time period (usually monthly).  You will also (upon request) receive a secure login to the advertisement software.  With this login you can view/export all statistics regarding your ad campaign.

Over time, banner performance and hits will drop off.  To keep response up you should consider updating your ad banners fairly frequently.  Keeping your banner new and fresh will attract user's eyes better.  This way they don't see the same one over and over.
 
Graphic & Banner Design:

If you would like us to create your banner that will be an additional 100.00/banner to do that. This includes JPG or GIF images only. You may also opt to use an animated GIF for no additional charge. Animated GIF's however are limited to 3 frames only. Additional frames will be billed at $20/frame. 

We will work with you to create the banner to suit your needs.  After all, it is your banner.  Your ideas are important to how you want it to look and what to include in it.  We will use images and text that you supply to create an acceptable banner.  Banners created from free hand will be subject to additional charges.  We recommend if this is what you want, you source it out yourself as it is very time consuming.

There is no designing fee if you submit your own graphical banner however, they must be in 450x60 format and ready to be used. If you are submitting your own banner, JPG, GIF, or SWF (Flash) files are permitted as long as they meet the required size.
 
Included Bonus Features:
With every advertisement campaign an announcement will be made on our front page in the 'news' section as well on our forums.  This will help generate more traffic and awareness to your products and/or services.

If you haven't already, you are encouraged to sign up (or we can create an acct for you) on the forums. With this acct you are free to discuss your product in an existing discussion on a related subject, or reply to any general or specific questions by our members. At no time should you ever disparage a competitor, or bring your product up in a discussion on a unrelated topic.

We reserve the right to refuse advertising from anyone for any reason and the acceptance of advertising on this web site does not constitute or imply endorsement by us.  We are under no responsibility for the actions or advertisements of our advertisers and any problems or concerns with any advertisers should be addressed directly to them.  Ground Pilots reserves the right to remove advertisements from our web site at any time with a pro-rated refund being given back to the advertiser for the unused time of the contract.

Advertisers should also be aware that they may receive unfavorable reviews of their products or services on this web site from our users. We are in no position to delete or censor ANY comments or opinions of any company, even advertisers (with the exception of personal attacks as these are not tolerated on the forums at all).  Any comments from our users on the web site are the personal opinions of our users and in no way reflect the opinion of the Ground Pilots.
