This site was created to promote discussions regarding motorcycling.  All high-octane, adrenaline drenched motor heads, WE'RE HERE FOR YOU!!

This is not one of those ivy league "Hell's Angels" type of a membership clubs... no killing involved, no hazing involved... There are no fees or dues for membership and there is nothing to sign.  There are no meetings to attend and there is no calling to cancel. We're just here to offer a place for YOU to meet other riders.

The actual site went live on a temporary server Nov 3, 2001.  A few days later (Nov 5th) the domain groundpilots.com was purchased.  Within the week www.groundpilots.com was up and running.  The forums were created over the next couple weeks and on Nov 18th 2001 in the wee hours of the morning they were unlocked and the posting began.  These have become an excellent source where riders can chat, share information, exchange technical tips and experiences. It’s an opportunity to explore our common passion.
